The other building houses the host. Each of the two buildings has its own entry gate and its own parking space. The buildings are surrounded by a 2.5 meter security wall. Changanyikeni is a suburb near two well-known institutions of higher learning, the University of Dar-es-Salaam and the East Africa Statistical Training Center. Our apartments are unique for they offer the comfort of a high-end suburb in a village like suburb. We are located only 4 km away from the Mlimani City Shopping Center. Guest access Guests have free access to the small garden outside the apartment. They can request for garden chairs as we do not leave them outside. The may also request to use the bigger lawn area behind the apartment.
