Renter will have to sign a lease due to county zone requirements. The space Summer/Fall/Spring stays: Guest is permitted one (1) garage space. Owner uses other space for storage of classic car. (Owner may access this car with 24 hrs notice.) Winter stays: Garage is not accessible during winter! Parking will be outdoor only for winter stays. Guest is responsible for their own snow removal (power shovel and manual shovels provided.) Barn is not accessible to guests. Guest access WINTER STAYS: Guest is responsible for their own snow removal! Garage is NOT accessible during winter months. During winter stays, parking will be driveway only. The snowpack in our area can get as high as the fence in some areas during winter months! Please keep this in mind. We are not responsible for levels of snow in relation to the fence and will not issue a refund for anything related to the fence. SUMMER/FALL: Guests are not permitted access to the barn. Host cares for yard on a weekly basis and will access the yard for mowing/weeding/etc. We have cameras on the front door, side deck, and in garage. Guest is permitted ONE (1) parking stall. Owner uses other parking stall for storage of classic car. Owner may access this vehicle with 24 hours notice to the guest. Other things to note Spring/Summer/Fall stays: Yard maintenance will be provided on a weekly basis. Yard maintenance may enter the yard during your stay. We will give you at least 24 hours notice prior to their arrival!
