Exclusive furnished Eden cabin available for minimum 30 day+ rental. We love dogs! Bring your furry friend. Relax on this stunning ranch complete with movie theater, stunning rustic kitchen, private master bedroom on its own level, Sauna and newly renovated bathrooms! The entire home has been updated. 7 minutes to Nordic Valley, 20 minutes to Powder Mountain, 25 minutes to Snow Basin! Enjoy private riverfront access! Renter will have to sign a lease due to county zoning requirements. The space Important things to note: We have cameras located on the front door, side deck, and garage. Renter is not permitted access to the barn. We have the property sprayed quarterly for pests. (The service we use uses organic pet friendly products only.) With that said, we are in the mountains and critters and bugs can show up. If this is something that is going to bother you, the mountains may not be the place for you. Yard service comes weekly/bi-weekly depending on the growth. We always do our best to let you know what day they’re coming! We do have several farm trucks on the property. Renter is allotted ONE (1) garage space for spring/summer/fall stays. Owner uses other space for storage of classic vehicle. (Owner may access this vehicle with 24 hours notice.) Please Note: Due to snow and ice, the garage is not accessible at all November - April! (Outdoor parking is available) Guest is responsible for their own snow removal during winter. (Power shovel and manual shovels provided.) Professional snow removal service is available by request (Guest is responsible for charges.) Guest access Garage is NOT accessible during winter months (October-March) During winter stays, parking will be driveway only. The snowpack in our area can get as high as the fence in some areas during winter months! Please keep this in mind for pets. Guests are not permitted access to the barn. Host cares for yard on a weekly basis and will access the yard for mowing/weeding/etc. We have cameras on the front door, side deck, and in garage. Guest is permitted ONE (1) parking stall during spring and summer months. Owner uses other parking stall for storage of classic car. Owner may access this vehicle with 24 hours notice to the guest.
