Charming city cottage "La Petite Ourse"

Following the opening of a rural gîte in 2019, we wanted to repeat this great adventure with a second gîte of another type, in an urban setting. The former Laboratoire de la Meuse charmed us from our first visit. We hope you'll enjoy this place of character just as much. Our philosophy: to offer you a home where everything is thought out for you, so that you can make the most of your stay. The space La Petite Ourse is a 45 m² apartment ideally located in the city of Andenne. It is on the ground floor of a former pharmaceutical laboratory. A 5-minute walk is all you need to reach the city center. Furnished in a style that is both vintage and contemporary, La Petite Ourse is composed of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom. The apartment can accommodate between 2 and 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. We also offer on request all the necessary equipment for your baby: bed (up to 9 months), changing mat, chair, bathtub. The gite has private parking. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor in a small condominium. The entrance hall is shared with the building's apartments. Once in the cottage, you will have an entire place to yourself. You have a parking space located on a lot away from the road, on the same street as the apartment (50-meter walk).
