The suite consists of 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes, 2 large private jacuzzis, 6 large TV screens, including 1 high-definition cinema screens measuring 75 inches. Fendi Home Suites has a garden, swimming pool and sauna serving all four units of Fendi Home Suites. A sufficient advance reservation should be requested by Customer Service. Other things to note General policy and rules of residence: First: Rules of hygiene and safety of the unit: 1- Smoking is strictly prohibited in FENDI HOME in order to keep the place smelling as best as possible for all guests. If the guest smokes in violation of the housing regulations and rules, then a heavy fine will be released to him/her. 2- It is strictly forbidden to use shisha in all housing facilities. 3- The guest is allowed to use electronic cigarettes only (vaping) provided that he/she declares that to the customer service representative and uses the air sterilizer in the unit. 4- The cleanliness of the suite is one of the highest priorities to FENDI HOME. Therefore, the guest should check the rented unit to ensure the level of cleanliness. If there are any notes related to cleanliness, then please contact the customer service representative to address the issue immediately before starting the procedures for staying in the unit. 5- The guest must check all the devices in the unit before starting the procedures for staying in the unit. 6- Following the safety instructions for the swimming pool and monitor children when they using it, and use other housing facilities. Second: Security deposit: 1- No Security deposit for the guests who has overall rating review of 4.5 starts and above from other hosts 2- To ensure the quality of our guests, FENDI HOME has the right to ask for security deposit or 100 USD for the guests who have no host review or have host reviews lower than 4.5 starts. 3- In the event that the property was damaged in a value that exceeds the amount of the security deposit, then the guest will bear all the costs and legal consequences resulting from the damage to the property. The security deposit is symbolic compared to what the guests will get. 4- FENDI HOME is not responsible for any loss of your personal property. Third: Check in and Check out time: Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time 1: PM. However, the guest can Check in early if the suite was ready to hand over.
