The Hidden Plum Hollow Residence

Surrounded by lush woods scattered with wild plum trees and a small pond this large family home is full of rustic charm and has plenty of space for guests to spread out inside and out. This fairytale home was custom built with repurposed materials over many years resulting in a cozy rural retreat with plenty of character. The space As you arrive at Hidden Plum Hollow you will be greeted by the beautiful stonework of dry stacked walls and endless patios. Once you reach the front door you will enter the entry hall which houses a large pantry and leads to the open plan kitchen/dining room. In the kitchen/dining room you will find a massive dining table next to the stone fireplace. There is a seating area and bar island for those who want to gather in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with a microwave, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker and more. Moving through the house you will find the cozy living room with cabin walls and a wood stove. There is a smart tv with numerous streaming capabilities. Attached to the living room is the sunroom which is great for a morning yoga session or just sitting with a coffee and enjoying the surrounding scenery. Downstairs there are two shared full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combo and the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. You will also find Bedroom 4 (queen bed) and Bedroom 5 (full bed) downstairs. Moving up the twisting staircase you will come to a light filled foyer with two desks. There is fiber internet throughout the house. One side of the foyer leads to a hallway with a small seating area and a shared full bathroom. This bathroom is shared by Bedroom 2 (king bed) and Bedroom 3 (full bed). The other side of the foyer leads to the large master Bedroom 1 which has its own full private bathroom as well as a pull out sofa bed. There are individual heating and air conditioning units in every shared living space as well as every bedroom with the exception of bedroom 3. Returning down the stairs and out the side door onto the side porch, you will find a huge patio. The patio has multiple seating options, a fire pit, a charcoal grill and outdoor dining area. Beyond the side patio is a large lawn. There is a path from the patio which leads to the small pond at the bottom of the hill. The pond is shared with one family, with young children and a friendly golden doodle, who lives next door. There are also countless paths throughout the woods for running, walks, birdwatching, and forest bathing.
