SUNNY apartments with SEA VIEW

What makes SEA VIEW and SUN apartments special? If you want to enjoy the sea view as soon as you wake up, while drinking coffee, having lunch,... SEA VIEW and SUN apartments are your perfect choice! These extremely spacious and comfortable apartments offer a (wide) sea view from almost all rooms where you most often stay - from the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms and from the balcony with a view of the pool. They are only a few minutes' drive from the nearest beach. The space Both apartments individually have the same total area of 112 m2 and 12 m2 of balcony, so guests have a total of 224 m2 of living space and 24 m2 of balcony at their disposal, not including the outdoor area (courtyard). The characteristic of the apartment is its spaciousness, because the living area, which consists of an interconnected kitchen, dining room and living room, covers as much as 50 m2! Each apartment has 3 rooms with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a (hydromassage) bath and the other has a shower. In the living room there is a couch that can sleep two people. Guest access In addition to the apartment for use, you have an outdoor area with a swimming pool of 34 square meters, a sun deck with deck chairs and a lounge area. An outdoor grill with a dining area is also available on request. Other things to note SUNNY apartments are located in a house that has a total of five apartments – three on the upper floors and two on the ground floor. The SUN apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house, while the SEA VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor. The courtyard and pool are shared with other guests, but some sun loungers and the outdoor area on the southeastern part of the property are exclusively reserved for the guests of these two apartments. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, so respecting house rules is of utmost importance. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. If you plan to go to the beach, please bring your own beach towels. The outdoor area features a 34 m² pool, which is shared among all units within the house. The pool is used seasonally, from May to October, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Respecting house rules, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and pool usage time (from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), is mandatory for all guests. Parties are not allowed in the apartment or in the outdoor area around the house. During pool usage, making noise and disturbing other guests is not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or a later check-out, and if the availability of the apartment allows it, an additional fee will be required. In case of early arrival or late departure, by prior arrangement, you can leave your luggage in the storage/garage at no extra charge. Upon arrival, you are required to hand over identification documents to the owner so that we can register your stay with the Tourist Board. Private parking is available and free of charge.
