Beautiful Cherry Creek North - Close to Downtown

This is a single family home, but functions more like an up/down duplex (we live and work upstairs with a separate entrance, we don't wear shoes in the house). This home is fully furnished with and ready to live in (1,000+sqft). Located in the beautiful quiet Cherry Creek North neighborhood. We are 6 blocks away from Cherry Creek mall, restaurants, night life, and approximately 3.5 miles to Downtown Denver. The space This is a 2bed/1bath fully furnished and equipped guest home. We want you to sleep extremely well in our home. We have Tuft & Needle high quality sheets, a nice big thick duvet, and a queen hybrid mattress in each bedroom. We live and work upstairs with 2 miniature Schnoodles (no children). We rarely wear shoes in the house so that it's quiet downstairs. Other things to note We generally keep the downstairs guest apartment temperature at around 68-70 degrees during the day and 65-66 degrees at night. The reason for this is that on hot days (in the summer) the upstairs apartment gets a lot more sun so we need to run the A/C a bit more in the evenings to cool it back down. 95% of our guests welcome the cooler temperatures. We provide extra blankets on the beds and a throw blanket on the couch. We also have smart vents in all the rooms that open/close automatically depending on the temperature of the room. On the other hand, if you don't have a comfy warm sweater and these temperatures are too cold for you, then this might not be the place for you to stay.
