Enjoy a fantastic beach experience by walking down the stairs from the villa. Ao Yong Beach has few tourists and is one of the few beaches in Phuket where you can swim 365 days a year. Perfect for tourists who are tired of the crowded and noisy environment of the mainstream beaches. The villa itself has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a terrace and a beautiful swimming pool. This is the perfect place for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious vacation. The villa is only 5 minutes away from Cape Panwa and Panwa Aquarium. Phuket Town and Phuket Night Market are also only 15 minutes away. We can arrange taxis or car rental services for you. Of course, you can also choose not to leave Ao Yun Beach and spend the whole holiday here, because there are various restaurants, convenience stores, and spas around the villa. There are also pubs, restaurants and some water activities on the beach. Our staff will clean the pool every Wednesday and Sunday during your stay. The room is cleaned before you check-in, and additional cleaning can be arranged 1-2 times a week during your stay. As your host, I will do my best to make sure you and your loved ones have a perfect holiday Guest access - All facilities in the house and yard - Road to the beach (only open to villa guests) Other things to note 🧹 Deep cleaning can be arranged once a week during the stay, please make an appointment one day in advance. ⏰ Check-in and check-out times: Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 12pm; however, we are flexible if possible. If the next guest is not waiting at the door, we are happy to provide a few hours free of charge. If you need to have a late check-out, please discuss with us one day in advance. If there are no guests waiting after you, we will be happy to have a late check-out for you free of charge. If both parties do not agree, you will need to check out on time. 🚭 No smoking inside the villa, please smoke outside or on the balcony. If we find you smoking inside, a cleaning fee of 5,000 baht will be charged. 💰 Electricity and water are included in the price. 👶 If you need a crib, please let us know a few days in advance and we will prepare it for you. 🚽 Please do not flush tissue paper down the toilet (Thai sewers are prone to clogging), 🛅 Luggage storage: There is a dedicated warehouse in the villa community that can provide luggage storage services.
