Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, with independent entrance located 9 minutes on foot from Pisa-Galileo Galilei Airport and 7 minutes on foot from the Central Station. The area is well connected by public transport, thanks to which it is possible to reach all the points of interest of the city. The property is in a enviable location and is equipped with every comfort, including the presence of a private parking space. The space The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs. The inside is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with armchair, sofa, dining table and TV 42"; - KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware. -> FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk: - BEDROOM II with single bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, hydro-brush and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothes stand, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Cot available upon request. Parking is included; it is possible to park in the inner courtyard in front of the apartment entrance or on the right side of the fountain. Pets allowed on request, upon payment of a supplement. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
