Our guesthouse is located in the vibrant Monti Neighborhood, known for its charming small streets filled with local shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Unique to our accommodation, room number 4 offers an internal view overlooking the entrance loggia, providing a tranquil alternative to the street view. The space The room features a simple and classic style, offering a double room with a private bathroom. It is located in an elegant Guest House situated in the heart of Rome, on the first floor of a historical building equipped with an elevator. During your stay Guests can message us on Airbnb or on our phone numbers through WhatsApp. Other things to note Since we are a guest house and not a hotel, we don't have a fixed reception. To organize your check-in, please inform us of your arrival time. Remember to review the House Manual, check-in and check-out instructions, and other important information. Please note that we do not offer breakfast, although Airbnb categorizes us under "Bed & Breakfast" by default. **Cleaning** Our cleaning staff will clean the rooms daily from 10 am onwards, unless the "do not disturb" sign is placed on the door handle or cleaning is specifically requested not to occur. Sheets and towels are automatically changed every third day. **Noise** Located in the vibrant Monti district in the center of Rome, our guest house is surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and traffic. The historical building features preserved wood window frames, which may not provide complete soundproofing. If you are sensitive to noise, please be aware of this. We provide free ear plugs for your convenience. **ID/Documents** In compliance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests with local authorities. Please ensure you have your ID or passport ready for presentation after check-in.
