My place named "Politan Aqua" located at MRT Pha Nang Klao. it's one bedroom type, perfect upto 4 person staying, fully furnished with kitchen, living room, bathroom. You also can see the scenic river from the room, located at 19 floor. You will enjoy the rooftop swimming pool at 60 floor & river view fitness center , yoga room, Sky co-working space etc. There are supermarkets, 7-11 , Tonsak Night market, street food near by condo. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited, fine 4000 baht 2. Pet is not allowed, fine 4000 baht 3. please send passport photo after make booking (for juristic office's registration). 4. There is utility fee 150 baht per night (base on avg. cost) , guest need to pay before check in ( pay via resolution center airbnb). ** Guest is responsible for water, internet & electricity fee **after guest check out, will deduct the real consumption amount (bill will issue from MEA, Metropolitan Electricity Authority), & refund the rest to the guest**
