Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car. The space This small red house has two floors with an entrance and a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with bar table/bar stools, a fridge/freezer and a gas stove (there is a carbon monoxide alarm in the house), a living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa and two armchairs, a glass veranda with a fold-out dining table with room for 6 people if you squeeze in. There is also a staircase up to the upper floor where the sleeping areas are located. One part Tempur double bed (180 cm) and large sliding wardrobe and the other part two single beds (90 cm) and freestanding wardrobe as well as a desk with chair. Cot available. Please note that there are no separate bedrooms but two parts separated by stairs and brickwork. Worth pointing out that the stairs to the upper floor are steep. But with heavy railing, gate at the top and carpeted non-slip steps. (At the bottom there is also a child gate). The house has a terrace facing two directions. Guest access Large forest plot that guests are welcome to take advantage of. However, you may run into us in the host family's area, as there are storage rooms where we keep various things. Other things to note Unfortunately, this place is not adapted for people with disabilities, as it is a forest plot with stairs up from the parking lot and stairs up to the house, and also a steep staircase up to the sleeping areas. The price per night includes bed linen and towels for 2 people. For other guests, there is a charge of SEK 200/person. (Mandatory cost, no cost for babies). Pets are warmly welcome, but we charge an additional fee of SEK 300/stay. During peak season, July 1 - August 15, the minimum number of nights is 7
