We're long time guests and new hosts, eager to welcome you! This space is on the lower level of our newly renovated home and is easily accessible to DC. Clean, comfortable, and stylish home for your perfect getaway. The space Welcome to our home! Your space is on the lower level and we live upstairs, but the unit is completely separate from ours with its own private entrance. The interior features a cozy and modern living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, a dining space, and a small bathroom. Outside, you'll find a shared patio area with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. Our backyard is a peaceful oasis with trees perfect for hanging a hammock and relaxing with a good book. Guest access You will have full private access to the lower level of the house with your own private entrance and private access to all rooms in the listing (bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining). If you need access to the laundry room, let us know and we can provide access. We live just upstairs with our own separate entrance, so are just steps away if you need anything. We share the back yard and patio area, but will of course be conscientious of our guests' privacy. Other things to note If you are staying for more than 14 days, we will have a cleaning service come every 10-14 days to clean and change linens. This is both a courtesy and a requirement to make sure that the place stays nice and clean! This area is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of DC, but that also means that you are not in the center of the busy city. If you don't have a car, there is a bus just outside of our house that is about a 10 minute ride to the metro, from which you can access DC and all that it has to offer.
