Upon entry into the cottage you will be welcomed by open concept living and dining rooms, with views of the ocean from all front windows and patio door. What you will love: - private beach with mix of sand and rocks, where you can swim during the full tide, or collect sea glass and shells during the lower tide usually during August and September. Guest access The entire cottage and property will be your own private oasis! You can park up to two vehicles in front of the property. The front door has keyless entry with a code that will be provided. Other things to note Cottage located next to other properties around, and host resides in the house next door, for easy resolution of any questions or any assistance. Once in a while we do use garage and provide maintenance to the property during guests stay, such as watering plants, flowers, mowing grass or repairing landscaping outside. We always notifying our guests in advance if we are planning to do any of these activities. House is on the well and water is filtered and softened by salt. We recommend to use spring water from the cooler for cooking and drinking, and it is provided for guests use without any limitations. Use beach at your own risk. Children should be supervised while playing on the beach. Bon fires are allowed in accordance with local Fire By-Laws, which could be found on the Nova Scotia burning times web site.
