This is our own family home. We rent it out whilst away ourselves. We have lived here for over twenty years and love the area for convenience for shops & transport, friendly neighbours & parks for walking. The house is warm, safe and well maintained. Whether you want an evening sitting in the living room or a dinner party round the kitchen table, we hope you pick up on the informal and cozy vibe we love so much. The space The house had a loft conversion 20 years ago. This means the house is on three floors. The top floor is now a double bedroom (with Kingsize bed) with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet. On the middle floor are two double bedrooms with a double bed in one plus fitted wardrobes with ample space for clothing and two single beds in the other, again with fitted wardrobes. There is a second bath room complete with shower cubicle, bath, toilet and washbasin. The Ground floor consists of a front living room and a kitchen diner behind which overlooks our private walled garden. There is a good sized dining table for six which can be extended for upto eight people in total. The ground floor has all oak wood floors. In the hallway is an understairs toilet. From the kitchen is access to the walled garden complete with decking and lawn. Our washroom is in an outside building complete with dryer and washing maching. Guest access Apart from an outside storage area and an internal office (where we will store our own belongings whilst we are away) the house is all yours! Other things to note We have a cleaning team who will clean before and after your visit and change linens etc. If you intend to book for a long period then we can arrange for them to come and change linens and clean during your stay for an agreed fee.
