The space Private room with electronic lock, ideal for your rest and security. The room is for your exclusive use, and you will have a full private bathroom just for you. The common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room) are shared with me, the host. ⸻ The entrance is completely self-check-in. You will be provided with: * A QR code to access the gated community. * A code for the exterior lockbox, where the main door key will be stored. * An individual code for the electronic locks of the room. ⸻ Ground floor * Covered garage with grill. * Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, drip coffee maker, utensils, condiments, pans, plates, and glasses. * Includes a water jug available for guests. (Note: pantry not included). * Spacious dining room and breakfast area to enjoy meals. * Living room with TV and Amazon Prime. * Washer and dryer (available only for stays of at least 5 nights). ⸻ Upper floor * Lounge area with sofa and coffee station with capsule coffee maker. * Private room: two single beds, nightstand, Smart TV with Amazon Prime, quiet hot/cold AC unit, small desk, and mini closet. * Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. For your exclusive use. ⸻ Additional amenities * Two coffee makers: drip coffee maker in the kitchen and capsule coffee maker in the lounge, so you can enjoy coffee the way you like. * Private water tank ensuring 24/7 water supply. * High-speed WiFi with excellent coverage throughout the house. * Essentials provided: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and clean towels. * Occasionally, complimentary snacks are left for guests. * Uninterrupted hot water thanks to a pressurized pump that provides comfortable showers with good pressure. ⸻ Location & surroundings * Just a 5-minute walk to Oxxo, pharmacies, clinics, and supermarkets. By car: * 25 minutes from the airport. * 20 minutes from Fundidora Park. * 25 minutes from UANL. ⸻ Additional services * Airport or bus station transportation (extra cost). Must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, including: * Fully equipped kitchen (pantry not included, any food found inside is not part of the stay). * Living room with TV * Your bedroom * Bathrooms (Private full bathroom – Upper floor) (Shared half bathroom – Ground floor) * Dining room * Board games * Grill The laundry room will remain closed, except for stays of at least 5 nights, in which case its use will be enabled. Within the residential complex, guests can enjoy: * Park with green areas * Running track * Picnic area * Swimming pool (hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm) Restrictions: * The park’s barbecue area is not available for guests. * The residential complex clubhouse is also not available for guest use. During your stay I’ll be happy to assist you during your stay. Other things to note For everyone’s safety, a photo of an official ID (INE or passport) will be required to validate the identity of each guest. • Always be respectful of the neighbors and the community environment. • Swimming pool: open Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. • Swimsuits only (denim is not allowed). • No alcohol or food is allowed around the pool area. • Parties and gatherings are not permitted. • Access is limited to registered guests only; visitors are not allowed. • The pantry in the kitchen is for host use only and is not available to guests. • In case of loss of the main door key, a fee of $5,000 MXN will be charged. • Check-in from 2:00 pm / Check-out before 11:00 am. • No smoking inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. • Pets are not allowed. • Please turn off lights, AC units, and electrical appliances when leaving to save energy. • If you use the outdoor grill, please clean it and ensure it is completely extinguished after use.
