The open living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for an easy flow between spaces —whether you're cooking breakfast before exploring the Finger Lakes, grabbing coffee before a Cornell visit, or winding down after dinner downtown. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials for cooking, coffee, and drinks. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes: A primary bedroom with a king bed A queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom A third bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle There are two full bathrooms. One features a walk in shower, while the ensuite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub with a shower. Best of all, you're just steps from the Ithaca Commons. Leave the car behind and walk to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, live music, festivals, and nightlife. Cornell University, Ithaca College, and the region's famous waterfalls and wineries are all just a short drive away. Guest access Guests will not have parking access. Once inside the apartment you will notice there is a staircase that has rooftop access. There is no rooftop access at this moment. Please do not use the stairs inside the apartment both up, or down. Other things to note No long term parking on site. There is a loading dock to the right of the building where you can park for 10 minutes to unload luggage, but you will need to move your car to either on street parking or to the Seneca Street parking Garage. This apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. There are other tenants that use the front door, hallways, and elevator.
