Enjoy your stay at our bright and stylish one-bedroom apartment! The apartment is centrally located to many restaurants, cafes and shopping. The apartment is also very close to a train station. Trains take about 20 minutes to the central station of Frankfurt am Main (Hauptbahnhof). The space The apartment is on the first floor of a new building. It has a fully equipped small kitchen, a modern shower, a separate bedroom (bed size: 160x200cm), a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a washing machine/dryer in the basement (accessible by lift). You can use the lift to get to the first floor. Upon request, there is a parking spot in the backyard (double parking garage). The double parking garage has a separate key and isn’t suitable for SUVs/ cars higher than 1,500 mm. Other things to note Please note that the parking spot on the premises is only suitable for cars up to 1,500 mm high.
