Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or in a group, Bancy’s by the Sea is a peaceful haven with stunning sea views. We can host up to 26 guests with six private rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Need more space? Choose a larger suite with a half kitchen or one of four apartments—perfect for families and retreats. Enjoy shared amenities: gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, pool, ocean-view balcony, tranquil gardens, plus complimentary watercraft and snorkel gear for endless fun. The space 🌴The Pelican Suite, room #6, 🌴 located on the second floor of the vibrant Pineapple House, offers a spacious and serene island retreat for two guests. This bright and airy suite features a comfortable queen-size bed, a separate living room, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a convenient half kitchen—perfect for longer stays or guests who enjoy a little extra space. Guests are also welcome to use the shared gourmet kitchen with a self-serve coffee bar, two peaceful gazebos in well-maintained gardens, and indoor and outdoor dining areas for casual meals or gathering with others. Relax in lounging spaces on both floors, cool off in the refreshing pool, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy the tranquil poolside seating areas surrounded by tropical beauty. With breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby dry forest, The Pelican Suite provides the perfect blend of privacy and connection to the welcoming atmosphere of Bancy’s by the Sea—the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the rhythm of coastal life. Guest access The first two floors are available for all guests. The owners live on the third floor. Other things to note We are in a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood so we appreciate quiet hours being from 9pm-7am. If you enjoy a bit of a fiesta, Playa Santa is only 5 minutes of a walk away and is really busy on the weekends full of music, drinks and food.
