Our Aparthouse Leonhard was newly opened in May 2023. The 9 residential units were built in ecological construction. We have a soundproofed 1-room apartment, which convinces with its modern and at the same time practical furnishings. During the stay, cleaning is carried out approximately every two weeks, including towel and bed linen changes. The space The approx. 22 sqm studios have a large double bed including bedding and a 50 inch smart TV. In the room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, oven, sink, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Each studio features a private bathroom bathroom fitted with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine. The balcony with seating area makes the cozy apartment a very comfortable place. Guest access The house has an open entrance area. By elevator or via the staircase, you can easily get to the upper floors.
