Beautiful 110 m2 stone house in the middle of the countryside, in a small hamlet surrounded by fields. Old dovecote recently renovated with quality materials and very well-equipped to accommodate visitors in a friendly atmosphere. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. Outside, a large terrace with pool and unobstructed mountain views. Enjoy an oasis of tranquility for a vacation in the enclave of the Popes! The space The house is composed of: - A large kitchen equipped with plenty of storage, fridge/freezer, induction stove, TV, table that can accommodate 6 guests, Senseo coffee machine, dishes and various utensils - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a wardrobe - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe - A living room with pull-out sofa bed with 2 mattresses of 80 cm that can be converted into a 160 cm bed and a TV - An open mezzanine with a sofa that can be converted into a 140 cm bed and an office/games area - A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double vanity unit and a washing machine. Possibility to rent linens (sheets, towels and dish towels) for €15 more per room. Outside, a large furnished terrace with an unobstructed view of the Lance (mountain). Here you will find: - a large table and 2 wooden benches + parasol - A round above-ground pool 4.5 m in diameter and 1.2 m high, not overlooked, with views of the fields and the mountain (more or less from June to September depending on the weather) - 4 sun loungers with reclining headrest - 1 gas BBQ Possibility to play pétanque in the very quiet access road. The accommodation is attached to a farm shed and I ensure the tranquility and peace of visitors. Guest access I am available to assist you in preparing for your stay and advise you on local amenities, outings and sightseeing in the area. Access to the house is via a 600-meter-long path from the main road. The road is pebbled, so it's not suitable for a very low car. Enjoy an oasis of tranquility for a vacation in the enclave of the Popes, at the foot of the Lance!
