Oasis of peace above the sea

Enjoy magnificent views of Teide and the Atlantic Ocean from this 75 m² flat. The flat is located in a detached house and is fully equipped. The house is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 8 km from Puerto de La Cruz. A supermarket, restaurants and a lively village are less than a kilometre away. The Costa de Sauzal, one of the island's most beautiful coasts, with plenty of opportunities for swimming, is 3 km away. The space The entire house with three apartments, one of which we live in ourselves, was extensively renovated and modernized by us three years ago. The apartment has a very large, partially wind-protected terrace with a wonderful view of the Teide and the sea. If the sun is too hot, simply extend the electric awning. The apartment has a study with an additional sofa bed. You can also look out over the sea from your bed and start the next day of your vacation. Guest access If you want to enjoy the beautiful, park-like garden, you are very welcome. Here you can barbecue, enjoy the shade under our old tree, look out to sea or listen to the birds. Other things to note Our guests usually have a rental car. Parking is also no problem for us. But you can also get around Tenerife very easily by bus. It's slower, but stress-free.
