The Hay Barn has been meticulously and lovingly converted with attention to detail and a desire to uphold tradition yet provide modern comfort. The cottage stands amid tranquil rolling countryside in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a working farm with easy access, even on foot, to local villages and their facilities. It is close to Hackfall Wood and The Himalayan Gardens and within a short drive to Masham, Ripon, Pateley Bridge, Bedale, Harrogate and of course the Yorkshire Dales National Park plus a multitude of other renowned holiday attractions.
