PIT Staycation Retreat with Pool House!

This property was designed for guests to make unforgettable memories with loved ones. Unwind with a memorable Staycation at this newly renovated oasis that comfortably entertains up to 6 adults + children under 12. Prime location just off I-79 is a close to PIT airport, PIT stadiums, RMU, Riverhounds' facility, hospitals, downtown & tons of shopping/dining. To maintain a quiet neighborhood, we respect “no party” and “quiet hours” rules with zero tolerance. The space Newly renovated escape featuring a pool house for guests :) 100% renovated pool is surrounded by a beautiful privacy fence and trees for a secluded environment. Pool is open and heated from May - September! Pool house interior was handcrafted with rough cut Amish lumber, and provides a cabin escape feel. It has its own full bathroom with a uniquely customized shower. In the main home, a total renovation provides a more contemporary atmosphere to relax. Level 2 EV charger available in main home’s integral garage. Conveniently located off of I-79, it’s a short drive to downtown or PIT Airport. In order to maintain a quiet neighborhood, we follow a zero tolerance policy with no parties or loud music. Additionally, we ask that the exterior of the property and pool area are enjoyed only during daylight hours. Guest access Entire property of two lots with large main house, pool area and pool house. All vehicles must park on property in driveway or parking pad - maximum of 5 vehicles. Other things to note We are responsive and flexible hosts that aim to make your experience truly memorable. Unfortunately, we have learned from previous guests that we must adhere to a zero tolerance policy and rigidly enforce rules that strictly prohibit parties and loud music/noise. Also, we must strictly observe quiet hours at the property outside of daylight hours. We ask guests not to touch pool equipment, filters, heater etc. and specifically ask guest to observe rules around: *Quiet hours dusk-dawn* *No parties* *No glass in pool area*
