The house is 100m from RS1: Radchnellweg Ruhr The centers of Speldorf and Broich are about 10 minutes away on foot. The A3 with the exit Wedau and the Kaiserberg motorway junction with the A3 and A40 are about 10 minutes by car. The environment is overall quiet.
