Welcome to Casa Marr. This recently renovated beach front casa sits on a rock cliff overlooking the Pacific. Enjoy 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 kitchens, a small heated pool and access to the beach below. Decorated with surf relics , art from all over of Mexico and locally foraged beach treasures. Feel the ocean breeze, hear the crashing waves, say adios to the outside world. Soak in the calm serene vibe or spend quality time with loved ones. The perfect place for your family vacation! The space Totally remodeled. Everything is new: beds, sheets, towels, kitchens, bathrooms etc etc :) Upon entering the court yard you be greeted by the shade of the Ficus tree. This a great place to hang out if the ocean winds are high. You can also grill it up at our charcoal bbq station. Around the other side of the house, the ocean side there is a grassy and sand area to lay out in the sun directly in front of the ocean. Wooden gate to access the beach below. The first floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other room has a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, a small but complete kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The living room has a comfy day bed and a big flat screen TV. The colorful kitchen has a fridge, 4 burner gas stove top, coffee maker, blender and all the plates/cups/utensils you need to prepare any meal. Back on the courtyard you can take the staircase up and enter the master suite with a great view. It has its own private entrance and balcony. Inside there is a comfy couch, small dining table, a king sized bed with quality cotton linens and a Oaxacan bedspread. The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and small closet. The kitchen has a fridge, 4 burner gas stove/oven, blender, coffee machine and all you need to cook meals, make coffee and killer margaritas. The kitchen is screened on one side, so it feels like an open air kitchen and has a small cactus garden We hope you have a relaxing and memorable stay with us at Casa Marr!!!
