Other things to note Important Notice for Guests Without Prior Trips or Reviews Please be advised that a refundable security deposit of $300 USD is required for all reservations made by guests who do not have any prior trips or reviews on their profile. The deposit is due at the time of booking or no later than four (4) days prior to check-in, whichever comes first. Failure to provide the required deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Following check-out, and upon confirmation from our housekeeping team that the property has been left in good condition with no damages, the deposit will be fully refunded via the platform’s Resolution Center.
