This is a quaint home located within the historical area of Vermilion. You'll find yourself just minutes from Lake Erie, providing an enjoyable walk into the downtown shops and restaurants. Vermilion has many fine dining options. You will be a short 20 minute drive to Sandusky, 20 minutes to downtown Oberlin and 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Being a lake town, there are many things you can do on the water. Vermilion offers options so you can rent water toys or charter a boat. Though we do not provide a dedicated workspace, we do have a separate dining area from the kitchen and a private front porch with seating. You will have access to the main floor of the house. This home is a short walk to the city center where you'll find great shops, restaurants and bars. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the Main St. beach, which is being updated. When you're done enjoying the downtown life, we offer a spacious backyard with plenty of seating and a firepit.
