80 m2 house of character in a quiet village. You will be seduced by its location at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it a peaceful place close to nature, by its many terraces which will allow you to enjoy the shade or the sun depending on your mood, and by its geographical location in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys and very close to the Massif du Sancy, Clermont-Ferrand and the Zenith. Perfect for a family (except with small children) or for hikers. The space The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen lounge, toilet, bathroom, laundry room, storage room and many terraces. This is a strictly non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed. The first bedroom above the living room offers views of the Livradois-Forez (when the weather is clear). It is equipped with a 140 X 190 bed. The second bedroom located on the garage consists of a mezzanine and includes two 140x190 beds. The living/kitchen area overlooks three balconies or terraces (a small balcony on the east side acting as an entrance, a south facing terrace of 15m2 and another small terrace on the west side. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will enjoy the wood burning stove in the seating area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. A small office area is set up upstairs and overlooks the covered terrace where hammock and armchairs await you. You get wifi fiber in the whole house. You can also enjoy the exteriors with a small garden. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so the exteriors are quite large and ideal for children. Finally, a storage room of you will allow you to store your luggage, bikes, hiking gear, skis, etc. There are a lot of stairs, so not necessarily suitable for toddlers. Reinforced plug for electric vehicle charging. The cost of the charge is set at 30 cts/KWh. Be careful, it is not a charging station, just a reinforced 3KWh outlet. Finally, you will surely appreciate the air conditioning (1 split for each of the rooms and a third in the living room), even if the old stones keep the cool throughout the summer. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms mentioned above. There is also a cellar and a small workshop under the house but they are not accessible. A parking space is available for you in front of the house. Other things to note Guests are asked to clean when they leave. A cleaning fee can be offered for 40 euros. We can provide sheets for your stay at an extra cost of 10 euros per bed Bed size: 140x190 Duvet size: 220x240 Pillow size: 60x60 Similarly, we can provide towels for 2 euros/unit. Don't be afraid of the proximity to the church: it stops ringing at 10pm and only starts again at 8am! Party-goers refrain! Parties are not allowed, in order to respect the neighborhood. Firewood is provided without restriction. Regarding electricity, it is included in the price provided it is reasonable! Consumption of 20 kWh per day in summer and 40 kWh in winter covers all the needs of the house. Be careful not to overuse the air conditioning or heating. If we find abusive consumption, you will be asked for a surcharge of up to 30 euro cents per KWh consumed beyond the daily 20 KWh.
