Come stay at our newly refreshed bungalow in West Bradenton and make sure and get a selfie in front of our new mural. Our home is a short drive to Anna Maria Island, blocks from the historic fishing village of Cortez and close to IMG Academy. So many great things to do in the area. Whether you are looking for outdoor activities, museums, car racing or a great flea market- it’s all close. The space As you enter our home the common areas are open and allow for everyone to feel connected. The dining area seats six comfortably. We also have a bar top counter with 4 stools. Smart TV's are offered in the living room, bedroom 1 and 2 and the all seasons room which also has a DVD player. For sleeping bedroom 1 has a king bed and en suite full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the all seasons room has a futon and pullout couch. At this time, the garage is not available to be used for vehicles. You will find extras that include- washing machine and dryer, beach gear(always changing), pack n play, WIFI, dvd's and BOX FANS! Other things to note * Have a car and want to drive you have theme parks, many springs, historical Ybor City, professional sports teams etc. all within a few hours. *Absolutely no bonfires allowed. *We HIGHLY encourage you to carry travel insurance anytime you travel BUT please know June 1st to November 30th is Hurricane season and we do NOT offer refunds (outside of our refund policy)unless there is a mandatory evacuation for our Zone.
