House in a small village with fenced one-story garden. Ideally located to visit Lozère: central position between the Gorges du Tarn and Aubrac, less than 5 minutes from an exit of the A75 highway. The village has a bakery, butcher, and pizza truck within a 5-minute walk. All other amenities (laundromat, supermarket, tobacco/press, gas station...) are within a 5-minute drive. The space The garden has a terrace with table and chairs as well as a barbecue. A lawn area is also present. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster and Senseo coffee maker. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. A baby bed is at your disposal if necessary. The living room has a sofa bed. There are no cleaning fees. The property must therefore be left clean.
