Our property is 3 miles outside of Ennis city limits, but we are 7 miles from downtown Ennis, 10 miles from downtown Waxahachie and 38 miles from downtown Dallas. We are about 10 miles from the Ennis Motorplex. We enjoy a quiet country side living but we have easy access to restaurants and shopping, city life is just a few miles away. Our place is very peaceful most of the time, but we are near the railroad tracks and you will hear the train.
