This unique and romantic accommodation is undoubtedly appealing. This professionally timbered ship is located in a unique location in Rotterdam. Close to downtown and 800 meters From the Kop van Zuid with the Erasmus Bridge, Hotel New York, various restaurants and bars. The trams (no. 3 and 5) are 250 meters away (stop Pinckhofsweg). Cheap parking (€15 for 24 hours) 250 meters from the boat. In the Inner Harbor, there are several ships, and via the gangway of the Nautilus, you can easily walk to the Pluvier. The space The houseboat "Pluvier" is located on a very nice location in the harbour. The Pluvier has a sitting area in front cabin, the rear cabin, the front deck and the roofed rear deck. For two persons the boat comes automaticly with one bedroom with a kingsize bed. For three people the boat comes automaticly with two bedrooms and the price is then also automaticly adapted. If two guests need two rooms they need to indicate this. Since this is not automaticaly adapted during the booking it comes with an aditional 35€ for the extra room. In the rear cabin you also have a kitchen and a shower. The area / neighbourhood: A few hunderd meters from the Erasmus bridge, hotel New York, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Tram and metro are around the corner and well connected to Central station and even the beach at the Hoek van Holland. Guest access A comfortable sitting room with 360 degrees vieuw of the harbour. The master bedroom with coffee and tea corner, toilet and warm/ cold water sink. A second sitting room with big single, small double bed, kitchen and shower. A roofed rear terrace with tables and chairs. A front terrace. Other things to note Parking is possible in front of the boat. It's free between 23.00 hours and 09.00 hours. Cheap Parking is possible at 500 mtr. from the boat "parkeerplaats de vijf werelddelen". You can park there for 1, 50 € per hour or 15 € for 24 hours. Parking for motorbikes is free. You can park your motorbike next to the boat and my own bikes. The WiFi belongs to the harbor. Most of the time it works but I can't quarantee this. So if it is really important to you, you might concider other accomodation. To get to the boat you have to use the gangway of the Nautilus, my other boat right next to the Pluvier. From the Nautilus you step easely on the Pluvier. Note: The second bedroom costs an additional 35€ per night. If you booked for three people the 35€ for the extra bedroom is automaticly added by airbnb to the bill. If you booked for two persons, airbnb calculates for one bedroom. So if an additional bedroom is needed it comes with an additional 35€ per night. For People with a handicap or people bad on their feet this might be a bit of a challange. I do have (fit) friends over 80 years old who are still coming to visite me, so normaly the stairs shoudn't be a problem. Note however you are on a boat and a bit of adventure is involved.
