This a cozy studio apartment in the metropolitan area. Attached to a shared home but with a private entrance, private garden patio and your own Jacuzzi and grill. Perfect for couples, date nights and business trips. A short drive away from the airport, beaches, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and more! **We offer 1 parking spot in front** The space •STUDIO APARTMENT BEDROOM• Cozy bedroom with a Queen size bed, dinning space for two, TV with streaming apps, a/c in unit and Wifi. •KITCHENETTE + CLOSET SPACE• This space features a small kitchenette area with a microwave, sandwich toaster, mini fridge, and coffee station. We provide kitchenware to enjoy these amenities! Coffee and basic kitchenette essentials provided. *NO kitchen sink or stove available but disposable kitchenware is provided* In the same space you will find a closet area and beach gear such as 2 beach chairs, beach towels and portable cooler. Iron and board also provided. •BATHROOM• Spacious bathroom with both a SHOWER and a TUB!! **Towels and bath essentials provided** •PRIVATE PATIO + HOT TUB + GRILL• The patio has a relaxing environment surrounded by a garden and a colorful mural of a caribbean beach. It has 2 sitting areas to enjoy your coffee, read a book or have a cocktail. We also provide a hammock! We offer in this area a grill for a day of outdoor cooking. The main character in this space is the HOT TUB with lights. Fits comfortably up to 4 people. Guest access This studio apartment is attached to a private home. You will have a private dedicated entrance to the unit through your own private patio area. The studio is located in the back of the main house. You will have one parking space in front of the unit and street parking if needed. This unit does not provide access to the main house or washer and dryer. We offer to do your laundry for an extra fee but must be arranged with time in advance. You will have private access to the jacuzzi and patio area. Other things to note •THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND• *You will access the unit through the patio gate. *Only guests renting this unit will have access to the patio. The main house tenants won’t access this space and it will only available for you! *Generator available in case of power outage. The generator will be turned on for you by the house tenant as soon as they are available. Power outages are not common but may happen with no notice from the electric company. *The house owner is not the host of the property, all communications will be done through the app. They will respect your privacy and space. *You will have 1 parking space on the ramp located right in front of the patio gate.
