Owners on site (not a corp owned), new in 2018, fun and comfy 1BR private apt in the heart of NoDa, including light rail with easy access to uptown/SouthEnd/UCity/etc. Come and enjoy the best of Charlotte, whether you already officially live here in the Queen City or not. Full kitchen, speedy wi-fi, comfy for catching up on some work or blowing it off to walk over to any number of cool places within blocks. Easy commute to uptown using the light rail, and 20m from airport by uber/cab. Guest access The entire private garage apartment is yours. **Please DO NOT pull into driveway.** It's paint-scraping tight enough already for just the two of us plus a puzzle to get our own cars out, just park right in front of the house and wheel your luggage down the driveway. Seriously. People have hit our house and taken chunks off. Please just don't. Protip: If you bring your own car, street parking is available but regardless of which side of the street you park on be SURE to park WITH the flow of traffic or else the local Barney Fife might give you a $50 ticket. Too, while we have no issues walking around at night, please use common sense city manners with your vehicle. (lock up, put your stuff out of sight, and don't let your car be easy prey for random bypassers)
