Totally gut renovated home with a chef's kitchen, central heat/air, washer/dryer, and three full bathrooms. Three bedrooms on the second level with a full basement/ bedroom with its own bathroom. Large back deck off the kitchen with a gated parking pad for one large vehicle included. Have an amazing time in the very heart of Wrigleyville. The space This is a luxury designed home with updated finishes throughout. Please be considerate of the space and the neighborhood. Guest access The entire home and back yard/deck/parking pad is reserved for you, the guest! Other things to note Additionally please note that this home is located next door to the back of The Metro, a historic Chicago music venue, and depending on the show/artist performing there can be a bit of reverberation/sound that can be heard...think a slightly annoying next door neighbor playing music a bit too loud. It has never bothered myself or the vast majority of guests, but I want people to be aware before booking. As an added amenity for soft sleepers I do have disposable ear plugs and a sound machine for each bedroom available for use. You can also sometimes hear the concerts at Wrigley from the back deck!
