We collect the security deposit before check-in (3,000 pesos) and will fill up a registration form 2. No smoking, eating, and drinking inside the room 3. No pets allowed inside the room and pool (Pet fee: 500/ 2pets) 4. No unregistered guest allowed 5. Noise Curfew is after 10:00pm 6. Please respect check-in (2pm) and check-out time (12nn) 7. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee 8. Please take care of furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit 9. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises 10. Please clean as you go, unless you will be required to pay for cleaning fee of 1,000 pesos
