The Green House Stockholm

Welcome to our ecological house from 2023 with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway and 8 minutes ride to town and 16 min to the Central Station. Close to Lake Mälaren's natural areas. The space Architect-designed and organic house from 2023. Kitchen: In open plan with living room. There is a fridge/freezer, induction stove (4 burners), oven, microwave and dishwasher. Well equipped with, for example, toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker, kettle as well as complete with pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. Living room: 5m ceiling height with sofa and armchairs and large windows that give a nice light release to the room. Double glass balcony door. Bedroom ground floor: 160 cm bed and three spacious wardrobes in mirrored glass. Sleeping loft: Large space with 2.5 meters ceiling height. Steep stable staircase with handrails leads up to the space. We do not recommend the stairs for the smallest and for the very oldest. Beds: One 80 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. Two electric opening skylights with manual blackout curtains. Bathroom: Fully tiled with shower, washbasin and combined washing machine with washing and drying. Towels are included at the property. Deck/patio: 2 x 8 m with dining area. Private parking space with new charger for electric car in front of the house. Other things to note Further up on the same property is our white villa, we share the entrance. The green house is secluded on the lower part of the property, protected from transparency. Leave the house in good condition. ☺️
