Our stylish 3rd-floor flat in a Georgian grade-II listed building is the perfect place to kick back and look out at the sea and the sunset. Great sea views from the living room and front bedroom - plus a lovely view back across Margate from the rear bedroom. Step outside and you can be on the beach in moments. Turn left and it's less than 5 minutes' walk to the Turner Gallery and Margate Old Town. Or turn right and it's just 2 minutes to the bars and cafes of super-fashionable Cliftonville. The space Our flat, on the third (top) floor of a characterful historic building, is stylish and comfortable. You'll have plenty of space for up to four people. The flat is sunny but cool in summer. In winter it's cosy. Open plan living space with dining table and four chairs, couch; arm chair; rug; sea view. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, plenty of pans etc. Washing machine (in hall utility cupboard). Bedroom 1: sea view, double bed. Bedroom 2: view across Margate town, double bed. Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet. Other: Wifi, gas central heating with Hive thermostat and constant hot water (boiler housed in utility cupboard in hallway), CD/DAB/Bluetooth music system, books, CDs, hand-made Moroccan bedspreads, original artworks. We fell in love with this pretty flat on first sight and hope you will too. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the whole flat - which is on the third floor (also top floor) of the building. The street entrance and stairwell is shared by the residents of three other flats. Other things to note We're on the third - top - floor of the building. There are lots of stairs so not a good option if you have mobility issues. You're welcome to bring children but we don't have cots or other equipment. We also don't have a TV or microwave.
