Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18% on the total booking price. For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following: - Non-Israeli passport - B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport) - The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit. 2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this. 3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray. 4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind. 5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation.
