The villa is not designed for loud, unrestricted events. Outside, noise must be kept to a reasonable level. You may talk, laugh, have drinks, dine and enjoy the swimming pool, but music is prohibited both during the day and at night. Complete quiet is required outdoors from 10 pm to 9 am out of respect for the neighbourhood (no shouting / no parties outside at night). Rest assured, the games room will allow you to play music without sound restrictions and enjoy an excellent evening at the bar (yes, you may shout, dance, etc.). The cleaning fee does not exempt you from leaving the villa clean and the dishes put away. Any broken or damaged object or item of furniture will be charged at its actual replacement value. For compliance and security reasons, a digital contract, including your identity and address details, must be completed before arrival. Identity cards or passports for all guests will be required in order to access the villa. The secure link will be provided once the booking has been confirmed. A security deposit of €2,000 must be paid by bank card no later than 24 hours before your arrival. It will only be retained in the event of damage or failure to comply with the house rules. Cheques and cash are not accepted. Any broken or damaged object or item of furniture will be charged at its actual replacement value.
