Just 25 minutes from Disney World, and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. Easy commute for a fun day at some of America’s best beaches. The space • 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. • Office is provided in the larger master with a door for privacy. • 2 themed rooms with 2 twin beds in each. • 3 full bathrooms with tubs. • Every bedroom and living room has a brand new ceiling fan with light, as well as TVs with Roku. • Complimentary full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer provided in each bathroom. • Complimentary games, pool floats, 4-kcups, creamer, sweetener & tea. • Complimentary washer & dryer use • Complimentary playpen, bathtub & highchair for infants and young toddlers. (Note: highchair is for children up to 50 lbs ONLY) • 2 Car Driveway (no garage or street parking over night) Guest access Entire home is accessible to guests. Locked cabinets in garage and 1 locked closet inside the home are not accessible to guests. Other things to note • Complimentary access to community amenities only a 10-minute walk from the house, including; gym, playground, 2 tennis courts, 1 lap pool, 1 large family pool with a “beach entrance” with a mushroom spray waterfall, and 2 water slides for kids. (The lap pool is heated) • The home's private outdoor BBQ rental is available upon advance request which includes the propane for a *$50* rental per stay up to a week. • The home's private pool heater is available upon request. It is recommended from November to April. For the average power company daily rate of *$35* (2 night minimum) this should be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before arrival, so it is up to the desired temperature upon your arrival.
