Private backside with direct proximity to park, tennis and soccer field as well as beautiful walks along the Ume River. Good bus connections. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and the possibility of more beds with mattresses. Electric car charger on the driveway and space for two cars. If you don't want to clean yourself, a cleaning fee of SEK 1,000 will be added to your stay. Welcome to Snickargatan! The space The house was built in the 1960s. A lot of renovations have been done but some floors creak, but most of all it is a charming house that is easy to like! It is a townhouse and we have neighbors directly adjacent wall-to-wall, therefore parties or other loud events are not allowed during your stay. We have a cat, which means that someone who is very allergic may not be able to stay here. We love the location with proximity to the park and nature, while it's easy to get down to town in just a few minutes. Welcome here! Guest access The entire top floor with kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Half the basement consists of a large bathroom with sauna and bathtub, living room (TV room) and laundry room. Other things to note We have home alarms, which also increases safety for you as a guest. That means we have two cameras connected to the alarm. One in the dining room and one in the recreation room in the basement. They are of course switched off when you visit us and are only activated if the alarm is triggered. We provide cleaning equipment. In the event of inadequate cleaning, we will charge for cleaning afterwards. If you do not want to clean yourself, there is a cleaning fee. We are a non-smoking home and so it should be even during rental. For our tenants, for safety reasons, it is not allowed to light a fire in the tiled stove. We also wish you to respect our desire not to use candles during your stay with us.
