Only a 10 minute walk to Ilfracombe harbour, and a short drive to Hele Bay and Combe Martin with stunning beaches perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde beaches are within 20 min drives, ideal for surfing. Gorgeous hikes and walking trails are also on the doorstep. There is 1 parking space available outside the house. The space The lounge is the perfect place to kick back and relax on it’s large and very comfortable sofa. Board games, books and a TV make it ideal for family or friends alike. The kitchen has a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably and can be made bigger to seat 8. All the bedrooms have their own personality furnished with super comfortable beds and decorated with bespoke art. The garden patio gets drenched in morning sun for breakfast Al fresco. For the chillier evenings there is a log burner to keep warm and toasty. You can see glimpses of the sea from the back of the garden. Guest access The entire house is for the guests use. Other things to note The property is located in a hilly area so walking from the house to the town can be tricky if you have little people or those with any ailments that make walking difficult. It’s a short 7 minute downhill walk to the high street and a 15 minute uphill walk on the way back.
