This home is a Duplex, parking for up to 2 vehicles for each unit. The space This unit is part of a duplex. There are 6 parking spaces shared between the two units. Each has a separate fenced in yard area with privacy fence in between. Separate entrances for both units along with in unit washer/dryer. Two bedrooms both have queen beds. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Dining room table with 4 chairs Surveillance cameras located on the exterior ONLY. The lawn maintenance is scheduled every other week. Guest access This home is a part of a duplex with other travelers. This space does have access to private fenced in patio with small grill. Each unit has a separate entrance and personal washer and dryer in each. LOCK BOX ON DOOR. Other things to note - The trash pick-up days are scheduled every Tuesday & Friday unless it falls on a holiday. - Lawn maintenance is scheduled every other week - AC Maintenance appointments are scheduled every other month.
