Apartment in central Borgholm

We have a two-room apartment for rent in the middle of central Borgholm on a quiet side street from the pedestrian street with shopping, restaurants and nightlife. About a 1-km walk to the castle forest with walkways through a fabulously beautiful forest to the castle ruins, Kaffetorpet and Solliden. Guests have access to a sunny garden with barbecue area. The apartment has a TV with Apple TV and Wi-Fi. The accommodation is non-smoking. There is a possibility to rent the room for a long time. Please contact Johan for more information on period and price. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and is one of four in a house built in the 1860s. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and we rent them out per night. Two are upstairs and we rent them out permanently. We have renovated and tried to preserve the charm of the house. Guests have access to a patio with a barbecue grill that is shared with one of the other apartments. The apartment's beds consist of a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm wide double bed, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and basic equipment for cooking, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shower room with toilet. Guest access Free parking is available on the street outside the apartment. It is usually possible to find available spaces near the accommodation. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in separate building. Other things to note Bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available in the apartment. You do the cleaning yourself. There is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products in the apartment. From July 4 to August 8, we only rent out full weeks with check-in/check-out on Saturdays. We charge a deposit fee of SEK 500, which is paid at check-in. The deposit is a security for us in the event of, for example, damage or failure to clean, and is refunded at check-out after an approved inspection of the apartment.
