You can either take a relaxed walk to the beach, which also has a large communal beachfront swimming pool exclusively for our residence, or a quick 3 minute drive will get you there. The beach can only be accessed from our residence and the 5 star Melati beach hotel next door, making it quiet and secluded all year round. INDOOR LIVING Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and elegance. The furniture is brand new and of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish. The large indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine, both gas and induction cooking hobs, with full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 8 people, with additional stools seated at a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen. It is a very large indoor area, spacious enough for all guests to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere this villa has to offer. We have also added a clean water filtration system to the villa to ensure the water provided is of a higher quality than most other properties available. With the living area consisting of a bespokely made top quality L shaped sofa, a large 65 inch flat screen TV sits on the wall, where guests can enjoy hundreds of international TV, sport, box office and movie channels on demand. The villa is furnished to the highest of standards creating the most perfect place to enjoy your holiday to Koh Samui. BEDROOMS All 4 bedrooms consist of top of the range facilities, with super comfortable king-sized beds (one bedroom with twin beds), floor to ceiling storage space and each with their own spacious en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with the remaining 3 bedrooms all upstairs on the second floor. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the outdoor deck and swimming pool. With 2 sets of tables and chairs it is a beautiful and peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The master bedroom also features a large bathtub. The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout, with all indoor areas fully integrated with air conditioning and ceiling fans. OUTDOOR LIVING For those seeking the beauty and tranquility of Koh Samui, the outdoor terrace and deck area is certainly somewhere you will spend a lot of time. Featuring a large 12x5 meter infinity pool, it is beautifully designed overlooking an additional seating area at the end of the deck.
