Seevetal farm near Hamburg

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg. The space The approx. 100 sqm apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building. On the ground floor we live with our dog Nellie. The residential building borders directly on a barn and lends its village charm to the property. The farm is located in a nature reserve and therefore offers views of the countryside with deer, rabbits and birds of prey as neighbors. The apartment is bright and open with a fireplace, reading and working corner, TV area, a darkening bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a balcony with a cozy sitting area overlooking the yard and adjacent fields.
