Seevetal farm near Hamburg

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjoining fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the house is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg. The space The approx. 100 m² apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building. We live on the ground floor with our dog Nellie. The house borders directly on a barn and gives the property its village charm. The farm is located in a nature reserve and therefore offers a view of the countryside with deer, hares and birds of prey as neighbors. The apartment is bright and open with a fireplace, reading and working corner, TV area, a darkening bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a balcony with cozy seating area and views of the courtyard and the adjacent fields.
