Late Checkout If you stay beyond your check-out time, it may affect the cleaning schedule. In that case, we will charge you 30,000 yen as a damage fee, and we may also charge you an additional part of the accommodation fee. 4. Police dispatch due to noise If the police are dispatched due to a noise complaint from a neighbor, we may cancel your reservation. In that case, we will charge you a fine of 100,000 yen and ask you to pay the remaining accommodation fee. Please be careful about conversation and noise at night. 5. There will be a fee for returning any items left behind after checkout. Please be careful not to leave anything behind. About the surrounding area: The Nishinari area where the facility is located has a unique history and background and has a very local and unique atmosphere that is different from typical tourist destinations. The buildings and streets are old, and the atmosphere is different from that of a well-maintained residential or commercial area.
