Relax in this brand-new, stylish space with a comfortable, king-size bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near to the River Deben which is popular for swimming, paddle boarding and sailing. A variety of country walks lead you along the river and through the Suffolk countryside. Stop off at The Maybush, which serves great food and has a terrace overlooking the water. Picturesque town of Woodbridge 10 minutes away and Sutton Hoo nearby The space Newly built, ultra-clean, modern but cosy with a neutral but contemporary colour scheme. Modern en-suite bathroom with a heated floor. A velux on one side and a window on the other creates a lovely breeze in the summer. Quiet at night, comfy king sized bed with high quality mattress and bed linen. Complimented by blackout blinds. You will sleep well! Five minute walk to a famous pub and the river. Easy parking. Guest access Driveway and entrance hall are shared. Guests do not have access to the rest of the property. There are no other upstairs rooms so it is a separate and private bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which is quiet and feels separate from the main house. During your stay Messaging via the Air BNB app is quickest. Knock on the door to the main living area if you need anything, between 10am and 8pm You may hear the dogs bark when you enter the house. They don’t bark at other times, unless a delivery man comes! Other things to note Shared driveway, so please park in front of the garage door, far enough forward to allow cars to move in and out of the other spaces. We have two small dogs who are not allowed in the Air BnB accommodation at all . But if you have a severe dog allergy the accommodation may not be suitable due to the shared hallway.
